รายงานประจ ำ �ปี 2567 ำี | ส ำ �นักงานมาตรฐานผลิตภัณฑ์อุตสาหกรรม ำ �ั ก ิั์ุ 90 างวัั กา ป ะเมินคุณ มแ ะค ามโปร่่งใสในการดำำ �เนินงานข งหน่ ยงาน าครััฐ The Integrity and Transparency Assessment การประเมินคุณ รรมแ ะความโปร่งใสในการ ำเนินงาน ข งหน่วยงานภาครัฐ (Integrity and Transparency Assessment: ITA) ประจำปีงบประมาณ 2567 เป็นเครื� งมื สำคัญข ง สำนักงานคณะกรรมการป้ งกันแ ะปราบปรามการทุจริตแห่ง าติ (ป.ป. .) เพื่่� ให้หน่วยงานภาครัฐทั� วประเทศ รับทราบถึงสภา สุขภาวะ งค์กรในด้้านคุณ รรมแ ะความโปร่งใส ผ่านการเก็บ ข้อมูู จากกลุ่่มเป้าหมายท่� ห ากห ายทั� งภายในแ ะภายน ก ด้้วยแบบวั การรับรู้ข งผู้้� ม่วนได้้ส่วนเสียภายใน (Internal Integrity and Transparency Assessment: IIT) แบบวั การรับรู้ ข งผู้้� ม่วนได้้ส่วนเสียภายน ก (External Integrity and Transparency Assessment: EIT) แ ะแบบวั การเปิ เผย ข้อมูู สา ารณะ (Open Data Integrity and Transparency Assessment: OIT) ซึ่่� งการประเมิน ITA นี� เปรียบเสมื น การตรวจสุขภา ประจำปีข ง งค์กร ท่� สามารถนำผ การประเมิน ไปสร้างหรืั ฒนาแนวทาง/มาตรการต่าง ๆ ในการป้ งกัน การทุจริตแ ะประ ฤติมิ บภายใน งค์กรได้้ ปีงบประมาณ 2567 สำนักงานมาตรฐานผลิิตภัณฑ์์ อุุตสาหกรรม (สม .) ได้้รับผ คะแนนการประเมิน ITA อยู่่�่� 97.17 คะแนน เป็น ำดัับท่� 7 ข งหน่วยงานระดัับกรมหรื เทียบเท่า จากทั� งหม 160 หน่วยงาน แ ะมีผ คะแนนสูงสุ เป็นอัันดัับหน่� งข งกระทรวงอุุตสาหกรรม ซึ่่� งความสำเร็จ ท่� สม . ได้้รับ เกิ จากการถ บทเรียนจากผ การ ำเนินงาน ท่� ผ่านมา จากข้อสัังเกตแ ะข้ เสน แนะท่� ได้้รับ โ ยนำมา ประยุกต์ใช้้ในการั ฒนาการให้บริการท่� มีประสิทธิิภา แ ะ ต บสน งต่อผู้้�ับบริการมากขึ� น ต จนมีความ ยายาม ท่� จะั ฒนาแ ะเผยแ่ ข้อมููลข่่าวสารต่างๆข ง สม . ในทุกช่่ งทาง ทั� ง E-service Website ต จน Social Media ข งหน่วยงาน เพื่่� ให้ประ า นสามารถติ ตามหรื ตรวจส บได้้ ทั� งนี� สม . The Integrity and Transparency Assessment (ITA) for the fiscal year 2024 is an important tool utilized by the Office of the National Anti-Corruption Commission (NACC) to have all Thai public organizations recognize the integrity and transparency status through data collection from various target groups – internal and external – with the Internal Integrity and Transparency Assessment (IIT), External Integrity and Transparency Assessment (EIT), and Open Data Integrity and Transparency Assessment (OIT). The ITA is comparable to an annual health checkup for organizations, allowing them to use the assessment results to develop guidelines or measures to prevent corruptions or misconducts within the organization. In the fiscal year 2024, the Thai Industrial Standards Institute (TISI) achieved ITA result at 97.17, the 7 th rank among 160 department-level organizations and the highest rank within the Ministry of Industry. The success lied in TISI’s reflection on past operations, applying comments and suggestions to improving services to be more efficient and respond better to the need of customers, as well as the effort to develop and publish information through various channels, including e-services, websites, and social media platforms, allowing the public to keep up with the information.
