TISI received the awards for the 2 nd consecutive year – a testament to the determination to develop and transform the organization to an advanced, transparent, and traceable digital government agency. Among the challenges and swift changes of today’s world, efficient services responsive to the needs of the public is considered essential. Recognizing this importance, the Office of the Public Sector Development Commission has initiated the Public Sector Excellence Awards - Public Service Award, to honor the public agencies with outstanding determination to provide quality service to the public, encouraging further development.
