รายงานประจ ำ �ปี 2567 ำี | ส ำ �นักงานมาตรฐานผลิตภัณฑ์อุตสาหกรรม ำ �ั ก ิั์ุ 70 กา เ าจััดทำ �ข้ ตก งย มรัั่ ม สม . – ไต้หวััน Thailand-Taiwan Mutual Recognition Arrangement - MRA สม . ได้้เจรจาจั ทำข้ ตก งย มรับร่วม (Mutual Recognition Arrangement : MRA) ผ การตรวจส บแ ะ รับร งระหว่างสถาบันมาตรฐาน มาตรวิทยา แ ะการตรวจส บ ไต้หวัน (Bureau of Standards, Metrology and Inspection : BSMI) โ ย ำเนินการเจรจาเนื� หาแล้้วเสร็จ เมื� อวัันท่� 16 ฤศจิกายน 2566 ปัจจุบันอยู่่ระหว่างการตรวจส บถ้ ยคำ ทางกฎหมาย เพื่่� เตรียมการ งนาม ซึ่่� งข้ ตก งดัังกล่่าว มีสาระสำคัญ คื การย มรับผ การท ส บตามข้ กำหน การนำเข้าข งทั� งส งฝ่่ายท่� กโ ยหน่วยตรวจส บรับร ง ท่� ได้้รับการแต่งตั� งภายใต้เงื� นไขใน MRA แ ะมีข บข่าย คร บคลุุมเฉ าะสินค้าท่� ผลิิตในไทยแ ะไต้หวันเท่านั� น ได้้แก่ เครื� งปรับ ากาศ เครื� งเปลี่� ยนไฟฟ้า ชนิิดอยู่่� คงท่� (Uninterruptible Power Supplies - UPS) อุุปกรณ์ควบคุม แ ะแจกจ่ายกระแสไฟฟ้า ข งเล่่น แ ะแบตเตอร์์ร่� ลิิเธีียม ไ นสำหรับค มิ วเตอร์์การสื� สาร อุุปกรณ์อิิเล็็กทรอนิิกส์ แ ะแบตเตอร์์ร่� ลิิเธีียมไ น รถจักรยานยนต์ไฟฟ้าแ ะ รถจักรยานไฟฟ้า ซึ่่� งจะช่่วย่ าใช้้จ่าย/ระยะเว าในการท ส บ สินค้า แ ะช่่วยสนับสนุนการส่ง กสินค้าข งประเทศไทย ตามรายการดัังกล่่าวไปไต้หวันได้้ดีียิ� งขึ� น TISI is negotiating for the Mutual Recognition Arrangement (MRA) for conformity assessment with the Bureau of Standards, Metrology and Inspection (BSMI). The content was finalized on 16 November 2023 and is currently being processed in terms of legal terminology to be signed. The MRA covers the mutual recognition of test results under the requirements of both parties by conformity assessment bodies appointed under the MRA and is to be applied only for the following products manufactured in Thailand and Taiwan: air conditioners, uninterruptible power supplies (UPS), power distribution units, toys, as well as lithium-ion batteries for computers, communication devices, electronic devices, and lithium-ion batteries for electric motorcycles and electric bicycles. The MRA would reduce cost and time required for product testing, and support the export of the mentioned products from Thailand to Taiwan.
