รายงานประจ ำ �ปี 2567 ำี | ส ำ �นักงานมาตรฐานผลิตภัณฑ์อุตสาหกรรม ำ �ั ก ิั์ุ 68 ถยนต์ใหม่ New Automotives สเตรเลีียแจ้งประกาศกฎระเบียบว่าด้้วยมาตรฐาน ประสิทธิิภา ลัังงาน สำหรับรถยนต์ใหม่ (New Vehicle Efficiency Standard: NVES) โ ยกำหน เกณฑ์์เป้าหมาย การปล่่ ยก๊า คาร์บ นไ กไ์ (CO 2 ) จากรถยนต์ใหม่ ท่� นำเข้าไปยัง สเตรเลีียท่� ต้ ง งภายในระยะเว า 5 ปี ตั� งแต่ปี 2568 ถึง 2572 โ ยให้รถยนต์โ ยสารส่วนบุคค ต้ งปล่่ ย CO 2 ไม่เกิน 141 กรัม/กิโ เมตร ภายในปี 2568 แ ะ ไม่เกิน 58 กรัม/กิโ เมตร ภายในปี 2572 แ ะสำหรับรถบรรทุก ขนา เล็็ก (รถกระบะ แ ะรถตู้) ต้ งปล่่ ย CO 2 ไม่เกิน 199 กรัม/กิโ เมตร ภายในปี 2568 แ ะไม่เกิน 81 กรัม/กิโ เมตร ภายในปี 2572 หากผู้ประก บการไม่สามารถปฏิิบัติตาม กฎระเบียบดัังกล่่าวได้้ จะต้ ง ำระค่าปรับ สำหรับ CO 2 ท่� เกิน ค่าท่� กำหน ในอััตรา 100 าร์ สเตรเลีีย/กรัม สม . ได้้รับแจ้งจากสมาคมอุุตสาหกรรมยานยนต์ไทย ว่ากฎระเบียบดัังกล่่าวกำหน เกณฑ์์การปล่่ ย CO 2 สำหรับ รถบรรทุกขนา เล็็กท่� เข้มงว เกินไป ภายในกร บระยะเว า ท่� กระชั้� นชิิ ซึ่่� งจะส่งผ กระทบต่ การส่ง กรถยนต์จากไทย ไปยัง สเตรเลีียท่� เป็นคู่่้าสำคัญท่� ไทยส่ง กรถยนต์ไปเป็น ำดัับท่� 2 ร งจากภูมิภาคเ เชีีย โ ยในปี 2566 ไทยส่ง ก รถยนต์ไปยัง สเตรเลีีย 270,000 คัน แบ่งเป็นรถยนต์โ ยสาร ส่วนบุคค ประมาณ 26,000 คัน แ ะรถบรรทุกขนา เล็็ก ได้้แก่ รถกระบะ แ ะรถ เนกประสงค์ ท่� มีีพื้� นฐานแ ะดัั แป งมาจาก Australia notified the regulation on New Vehicle Efficiency Standard: NVES, prescribing the carbon dioxide (CO 2 ) emission from new vehicles exported to Australia to be lowered from 2025 to 2029, with limit for passenger car at 141 g/km in 2025 and 58 g/km in 2029, and limit for light-commercial vehicles (pickup trucks and vans) at 199 g/km in 2025 and 81 g/km in 2029. Failure to comply with the regulation would result in fine, depending on the amount of emission exceeding the requirement by 100 AUD/g. TISI was notified by the Thai Automotive Industry Association that the CO 2 emission requirement for light-commercial vehicles was too strict and the time frame was too short, which would affect the export of Thai vehicles to Australia – the 2 nd biggest automotive export destination following Asia region. In 2023, 270,000 automotives were exported from Thailand to Australia, including 26,000 passenger cars and 244,000 light-commercial vehicles such as pickup trucks and multipurpose automotive automotives based on and modified
