Thai Industrial Standards Institute | Annual Report 2024 61 กา ให้ค ามรู้้�้านกา มาต ฐาน Standardization Knowledge Dissemination ผู้้� ประกอบการอุตสาหกรรม และ SMEs | Industrial and SMEs Entrepreneurs ภารกิจ้ านการส่งเสริมแ ะั ฒนา้ านการมาตรฐาน เป็นอีกหนึ่งภารกิจที่สำ �นักงานมาตรฐานผิ ตภัณ์ุ ตสาหกรรม (สม .) ให้ความสำ �คัญควบคู่ไปกับภารกิจหั ก้ านการกำ �หน มาตรฐาน การตรวจส บรับร ง คุณภา ผิ ตภัณ์ ให้เป็นไปตาม มาตรฐาน โ ยการสัมมนาแ ะึ ก บรม เื่ ให้ความรู้ ้ านการมาตรฐาน แ ะการ ำ �เนินงานข ง สม . แก่ผู้ประก บการ ผู้ผิ ตุ ม น เ่ น งค์กรปกคร งส่วนท้ งถิ่น แ ะครูผู้ส น ในสถานศึกษา เื ให้สามารถนำ �ความรู้ไปใ้ ในการ ำ �เนินุ รกิจ แ ะการปิ บัติงาน้ านการคุ้มคร งผู้บริโภค รวมทั้งปู กั ง ความรู้้ านการมาตรฐานแก่เยาว นข ง าติให้มีจิตสำ �นึก เรื งคุณภา โ ยในปีงบประมาณ 2567 สม . ไ้ จั การสัมมนา แ ะึ ก บรมเื ให้ความรู้้ านการมาตรฐานที่ต บโจทย์ ความต้ งการข งทุกกุ่ มเป้าหมาย ังนี้ สม . ไ้ จั การสัมมนาแ ะึ ก บรม จำ �นวน 25 ครั้ง มีผู้ประก บการผ่านการ บรมแ้ ว จำ �นวน 4,241 คน ังนี้ 1. การฝึึก บรมหลัักสูตรข้ กำหนดทั่� วไปว่าด้้วย ความสามารถห้ งปฏิิบัติการท ส บแ ะห้ งปฏิิบัติการ ส บเทียบ ม ก. 17025-2561 (ISO/IEC 17025:2017) จำนวน 3 ครั� ง รวมทั� งสิ� น 1,050 คน 2. การสัมมนา เรื� ง การเตรียมความ้ ม ผู้ประก บการขอรัับใบอนุุญาตมาตรฐานผลิิตภัณฑ์์อุุตสาหกรรม (ม ก.) ภา นะแ ะเครื� งใช้้เหล็็กกล้้าไร้สนิมสำหรับ าหาร เฉ าะด้้านความปั ยแ ะเครื� งใช้้ไฟฟ้าทำให้ข งเห ว ร้ น จำนวน 1 ครั� ง รวม 406 คน 3 . การสัมมนา เรื� ง “ม ก. ประตูสู่ โ กาส ทางการค้า” หน้ากาก นามัยใช้้ครั� งเดีียว ม ก. 2424-2565 แ ะ ากาศทางการแ ทย์ ม ก. 3551-2566 จำนวน 1 ครั� ง รวม 161 คน The mission on standardization promotion and development is prioritized by the Thai Industrial Standards Institute (TISI) along with its main missions on standards development and conformity assessment. Seminars and trainings were held to disseminate knowledge on standards and TISI’s operation for entrepreneurs and community manufacturers such as local authorities and teachers in education institutes to be able to apply the knowledge in business and consumer protection, as well as instilling the standardization knowledge in the youths to be aware of quality. In the fiscal year 2024, TISI held seminars and trainings to disseminate standardization knowledge responding to the needs of various stakeholders as follows: TISI held 25 seminars and trainings, with 4,241 entrepreneurs participated, as follows: 1. Trainings on the general requirements on the testing and calibration laboratories TIS 17025- 2561 (ISO/IEC 17025:2017); 3 trainings for 1,050 participants 2. Seminar on entrepreneur preparation for the licensing of Thai Industrial Standards (TIS) Stainless Steel Utensils for Food: Safety Requirements and Appliances for Heating Liquids; 1 seminar for 406 participants 3. Seminar “TIS for Trade Opportunities” Single-Use Hygienic Face Masks TIS 2424-2565 and Medical Air TIS 3551-2566; 1 seminar for 161 participants
