Once the offence is verified, the offender is subjected to up to 6 months imprisonment, a fine up to 500,000 THB, or both. 3. Data integration measure – informing all platforms of the legal actions against advertisement of products without the display of TIS standard marks, and demanding all platforms to enforce the shop owners to display the product licence QR code and TIS standard mark on the advertisement. 4. Informative measure – inviting online shop owners and platform operators to discuss the measures to prevent the advertisement and illegal sale of uncertified products, and to be informed of their possible crime as the provider of advertisement platform and benefactor of such illegal transaction. 5. Sustainable expansionmeasure – expand the result of uncertified product surveillance to the source for maximum control and legal actions, including against reporter of false information regarding product source.
