รายงานประจ ำ �ปี 2567 ำี | ส ำ �นักงานมาตรฐานผลิตภัณฑ์อุตสาหกรรม ำ �ั ก ิั์ุ 50 สำนักงานมาตรฐานผลิิตภัณฑ์์อุุตสาหกรรม (สม .) มีมาตรการเข้มงว ในการตรวจควบคุมการจำหน่ายสินค้า ในท้ งต า ทั� งทาง Offline แ ะ Online โ ยเฉ าะสินค้า ท่� เก่� ยวข้ งกับความปั ยในชีีวิตแ ะทรั์ สินข งประ า น ภายใต้ภารกิจ “Quick Win” ซึ่่� งประก บด้้วย 8 มาตรการเร่งด่่วน เพื่่� กำกับดููแ ควบคุม แ ะส่งเสริมความรู้ให้กับประ า นอย่่าง ต่ เนื� ง ดัังนี� 1. มาตรการ 3 ร. (เร่งตรวจ เร่งกำกับ เร่งปราบ) โ ย เพิ่่� มความถ่� ในการตรวจสินค้าผ่านแ ตฟอร์์ม นไลน์์ต่าง ๆ แ ะนำข้อมููลที่� ได้้มาขยายผ เพื่่� ให้รู้้� งิ กั โกดัังเก็บสินค้า ิ กั การโฆษณาผ่านช่่ งทาง นไลน์์ แ ะให้ทราบถึงแหล่่ง ท่� มาทั� งโรงงานท่� ผลิิตแ ะช่่ งทางการนำเข้าข งสินค้าท่� ไม่ได้้ มาตรฐาน เพื่่� ำเนินการกับผู้กระทำความผิ่ างสูงสุ 2. มาตรการจับจริง-ปรับจริง หาก บสินค้าไม่แส ง เครื� งหมาย ม ก. สม . จะ กหนังสื แจ้งผู้ประก บการ เพื่่� ให้ข้อมููลร้้านค้า แ ะราย ะเอีีย ข งสินค้า หาก บว่า มีความผิ จริง ต้ งระวางโทษจำคุก ไม่เกินหกเดืื น หรื ปรับ ไม่เกินห้าแสนบาท หรือทั้� งจำทั� งปรับ The Thai Industrial Standards Institute (TISI) has enforced strict measures to survey and control the sale of products in the market – offline and online – especially products concerning consumer safety, under the “Quick Win” mission consisting of 8 urgent measures to supervise, control, and inform, as follows: 1. 3 Qs measure (Quick Survey, Quick Control, Quick Suppression) – increasing the frequency of surveillance for uncertified products on online platforms and locating the product stock location, online advertisement coordinates, and source of products – manufacturing premises and import route, leading to uncompromising legal actions against the offenders. 2.
