Thai Industrial Standards Institute | Annual Report 2024 49 มาตรฐานการใช้้ทรั ยากรชีีวภา (Bio-Based Standards) เพื่่� อส่่งเสริมการใช้้ทรั ยากรชีีวภา ในภาค อุุตสาหกรรม โ ยจะกำหนดวิิธีีการแ ะข้ กำหน ในการใช้้ ทรั ยากรชีีวภาพที่่� ไม่ส่งผ กระทบต่อสิ่� งแว้ มแ ะ ความห ากห ายทางชีีวภา เช่่น ISO/CD 14054 Natural Capital Accounting for Organizations-Principles, requirements and guidelines มาตรฐานเศรษฐกิจหมุนเวียน (Circular Economy Standards) เพื่่� อส่่งเสริมการใช้้ทรั ยากรอย่่างเต็มประสิทธิิภา การนำข งเสียกลัับมาใช้้ใหม่ แ ะการ กแบบผลิิตภัณฑ์์ ท่� สามารถนำกลัับมาใช้้ใหม่ได้้ เช่่น ISO 59004 : 2024 Circular economy-Vocabulary, principles and guidance for implementation ISO 59020 : 2024 Circular economy - Measuring and assessing circularity performance น กจากการกำหน มาตรฐานแล้้ว การตรวจส บ แ ะรับร งเป็นกระบวนการสำคัญ ในการประเมินแ ะยืนยันว่า อุุตสาหกรรมได้้ปฏิิบัติตามมาตรฐานท่� กำหน ไว้ ซึ่่� งจะช่่วยสร้าง ความเชื่� อมั่� นให้กับผู้บริโภค นัก งทุน แ ะผู้้� ม่วนได้้ส่วนเสีย อื่� น ๆ ว่าผลิิตภัณฑ์์แ ะบริการท่� ได้้รับการรับร งมีความยั� งยืน แ ะเป็นมิตรต่อสิ่� งแว้ ม ปัจจุบัน สม . ได้้ให้การรับร ง ระบบงานในข บข่ายท่� สนับสนุนเรื� ง BCG ได้้แก่ การรับร ง หน่วยรับร งระบบการจั การสิ� งแว้ ม หน่วยรับร งระบบ การจั การ ลัังงาน หน่วยรับร งระบบการจั การสวนป่าไม้ เศรษฐกิจอย่่างยั� งยืน หน่วยตรวจส บความใช้้ได้้แ ะทวนส บ ก๊า เรื นกระจก แ ะหน่วยรับร งผลิิตภัณฑ์์ท่� ให้การรับร ง ฉ ากเขียว การกำหน มาตรฐานการตรวจส บแ ะรับร ง เป็นเครื� งมือที่� มีประสิทธิิภา ในการสนับสนุนภาคอุุตสาหกรรม ให้ส คล้้ งกับนโยบาย BCG โ ยช่่วยสร้างความเชื่� อมั่� น ในความยั� งยืนแ ะความโปร่งใสข งการ ำเนินงานมาตรฐาน แ ะการตรวจส บท่� คร บคลุุมช่่วยให้อุุตสาหกรรมสามารถ บรรลุุเป้าหมายการั ฒนาท่� ยั� งยืน ผ กระทบต่อสิ่� งแว้ ม แ ะเสริมสร้างเศรษฐกิจท่� มั� นคงแ ะยั� งยืนสำหรับ นาคต Bio-Based Standards – supporting the use of bio resources in the Industrial Sector, prescribing methods and requirements for using the bio resources without negative impact on the environment and bio-diversity, such as ISO/CD 14054 Natural Capital Accounting for Organizations - Principles, requirements and guidelines Circular Economy Standards – supporting the efficient use of resources, waste recycling, and product design based on reusability, such as ISO 59004 : 2024 Circular economy - Vocabulary, principles and guidance for implementation ISO 59020 : 2024 Circular economy - Measuring and assessing circularity performance. Further to standard development, conformity assessment is also an important process in evaluating and ensuring that an industry is compliant with the standards, generating confidence in the sustainability and eco-friendly nature of goods and services for consumers, investors, and other stakeholders. TISI has been working as an accreditation body in the fields related to BCG such as environment management system accreditation bodies, energy management system accreditation bodies, sustainable economic forestry management system accreditation bodies, greenhouse gas validation and verification bodies, and green label product certification bodies. Standard development and conformity assessment are effective tools in supporting the Industrial Sector to be inline with the BCG policies by creating confidence in the sustainability and transparency of its operation. The comprehensive standard development and conformity assessment would assist the industries in achieving the sustainable development goals, reduce the impact on the environment, and strengthen the economy to be secure and sustainable going forward.
