รายงานประจ ำ �ปี 2567 ำี | ส ำ �นักงานมาตรฐานผลิตภัณฑ์อุตสาหกรรม ำ �ั ก ิั์ุ 48 BCG (Bio-Circular-Green Economy) เป็น แนวทางในการั ฒนาเศรษฐกิจท่� เน้นการใช้้ทรั ยากรอย่่างมี ประสิทธิิภา การั ฒนาท่� เป็นมิตรต่อสิ่� งแว้ ม แ ะการสร้าง เศรษฐกิจท่� ยั� งยืน การส่งเสริมภาคอุุตสาหกรรมให้ส คล้้ ง กับนโยบาย BCG จำเป็นต้ งใช้้มาตรฐานเป็นเครื� งมื สำคัญ ในการั ฒนาภาคอุุตสาหกรรม เพื่่� ให้ส คล้้ งกับแนวคิ BCG คร บคลุุมทั� งการจั การทรั ยากร การผลิิต การจั การ ข งเสีย แ ะการประหยั ลัังงาน ซึ่่� งจะช่่วยให้เกิ การั ฒนา อย่่างยั� งยืนในทุกมิติ สำนักงานมาตรฐานผลิิตภัณฑ์์อุุตสาหกรรม (สม .) ได้้ ำเนินการเพื่่� ยกระดัับภาคอุุตสาหกรรมสู่ BCG โ ยการกำหน มาตรฐาน เพื่่� เผยแ่ ให้ผู้้� ม่วนได้้เสีย ท่� เก่� ยวข้ งนำไปศึกษาแ ะเป็นเกณฑ์์ในการ ำเนินงาน สามารถแบ่งกลุ่่มมาตรฐานได้้ ดัังนี� มาตรฐานการผลิิตท่� ยั� งยืน (Sustainable Production Standards) เน้นการ ข งเสีย การใช้้ ลัังงานอย่่างมี ประสิทธิิภา แ ะการใช้้วัตถุดิิบจากแหล่่งท่� ยั� งยืน เช่่น มาตรฐาน ISO 14001 ท่� เน้นการจั การสิ� งแว้ ม แ ะ มาตรฐาน ISO 50001 ท่� เน้นการจั การ ลัังงาน BCG (Bio-Circular-Green Economy) is a way of economic development, focusing on efficient use of resources, eco-friendly development, and sustainable economy. Standards are an important tool in promoting the Industrial Sector to be in line with the BCG policies, covering resource management, manufacturing, waste management, and energy saving, which will lead to a holistically sustainable development. The Thai Industrial Standards Institute (TISI) has worked on transform the Industrial Sector towards BCG by developing and publishing standards to assist stakeholders in supporting BCG policies through the standard requirements. The standards are categorized as follows: Sustainable Production Standards – focusing on waste reduction, efficient use of energy, and using materials from sustainable sources, such ISO 14001 focusing on environment management, and ISO 50001 focusing on energy management. 7 า ะดับภาคอุตสาห มสู่ BCG Industrial Sector Transformation towards BCG
