Thai Industrial Standards Institute | Annual Report 2024 37 ศูนย์ท ส บยานยนต์แ ะยางล้้ แห่ง าติ จัดตั้� งขึ� น ตามมติคณะรัฐมนตรี เมื� อวัันท่� 29 มีนาคม 2559 บนพื้้� นท่� 1,234.98 ไร่ ณ เขตสวนป่า า กระทิง หมู่่่� 5 ตำบ า กระทิง ำเภ สนามชััยเขต จังหวั ฉะเชิิงเทรา วงเงินงบประมาณ 3,705.7 ล้้านบาท โ ยรัฐบา เป็นผู้้�งทุน แ ะกระทรวง อุุตสาหกรรม ได้้ม บหมายให้สำนักงานมาตรฐานผลิิตภัณฑ์์ อุุตสาหกรรม (สม .) เป็นหน่วยงานรับผิดช บ ำเนินการ โ ยมีระยะเว า ำเนินการ 8 ปี ( .ศ. 2559-2567) แบ่งการ ำเนินงานเป็น 2 ระยะ ได้้แก่ ระยะที่่� 1 ส่วนท ส บยางล้้ ตามมาตรฐาน UN R117 ประก บด้้วยสนามท ส บยางล้้ ตามมาตรฐาน UN R117 าคารปฏิิบัติการท ส บยางล้้ าคารสำนักงาน แ ะระบบ สา ารณูปโภคระยะท่� 1 แ ะเครื� งมื ท ส บยางล้้ ตาม มาตรฐาน UN R117 ระยะที่่� 2 ส่วนท ส บยานยนต์แ ะชิ้� นส่วนยานยนต์ ประก บด้้วยสนามท ส บยานยนต์ จำนวน 5 สนามท ส บ ได้้แก่ สนามท ส บสมรรถนะแ ะความเร็ว สนามท ส บั ต สนามท ส บระบบเบรก สนามท ส บระบบเบรกมื สนาม ท ส บการยึึดเกาะถนนขณะเข้าโค้ง าคารปฏิิบัติการท ส บ แบตเตอรี่� สำหรับยานยนต์ไฟฟ้า าคารปฏิิบัติการท ส บการ น าคารเตรียมสภา รถ ระบบสา ารณูปโภคระยะท่� 2 แ ะ เครื� งมื ท ส บยานยนต์แ ะชิ้� นส่วน จำนวน 11 รายการ Automotive and Tyre Testing, Research and Innovation Center (ATTRIC) was established on 29 March 2016 as approved by the Cabinet, with nearly 2 square kilometers of area located at Lat Krathing Sub-District, Sanam Chai Khet District, Chachoengsao province, with the total budget of 3,705.7 million baht. TISI has been assigned by the Ministry of Industry as the main organization to carry out the establishment of ATTRIC, with the process spanning 8 years from 2016 to 2024, divided into 2 phases: Phase 1 the tyre testing facility in accordance with UN R117, including the UN R117 tyre testing track, tyre testing center, office building, utilities, and tyre testing equipment in accordance with UN R117 Phase 2 the automotive and automotive part testing facilities, including 5 testing tracks: high-speed test track, dynamic platform, brake performance track, park brake hill, skid-pad, battery laboratory, crash test facility, workshop facility, utilities, and 11 automotive and automotive part testing equipment. 4 ค ามคืบหน้้าโค ง ารศูู์ ทดสอบ า์ แ ะ างล้้อแห่งชาติ Development of ATTRIC
