รายงานประจ ำ �ปี 2567 ำี | ส ำ �นักงานมาตรฐานผลิตภัณฑ์อุตสาหกรรม ำ �ั ก ิั์ุ 36 โ ยกฎหมายฉบับดัังกล่่าว ได้้ ำเนินการตามขั� นต นการจั ทำ กฎหมายอย่่างเสร็จสมบูรณ์ แ ะได้้ประกาศ งราชกิิจจานุเบกษา เพื่่� ให้ประ า น ผู้ประก บการ แ ะผู้้�ำเนินธุุรกิจอื่� น ๆ ท่� เก่� ยวข้ งได้้เตรียมการก่ นกฎหมายมีผลบัังคับใช้้ ซึ่่� งการ ก กฎหมายดัังกล่่าว น กจากจะยกระดัับมาตรฐานการระบาย มิ ษทาง ากาศจากยานยนต์ ท่� เป็นหน่� งในสาเหตุข งปัญหา ฝุ่� นควัน PM 2.5 ในประเทศไทยแล้้ว ยังเป็นการยกระดัับ การั ฒนาศักยภา อุุตสาหกรรมยานยนต์ข งประเทศไทย ในภา รวมให้มีความสามารถเทียบเท่ามาตรฐานสาก แ ะเป็นผู้นำข ง าเ ยนอีีกด้้วย น กจากนี� ในปี 2567 สม . ยังได้้ ำเนินการจั ทำ ร่างกฎกระทรวงกำหน ให้ผลิิตภัณฑ์์อุุตสาหกรรมระบบกักเก็บ ลัังงานไฟฟ้าท่� สามารถอัั ประจุซ้้ำได้้ (ยกเว้นชนิิ ตะกั� ว) สำหรับยานยนต์ประเภทMN แ ะ L (รถยนต์นั� ง รถยนต์ขนสินค้า แ ะรถจักรยานยนต์) ต้ งเป็นไปตามมาตรฐาน เพื่่� สนับสนุน นโยบายการั ฒนาอุุตสาหกรรมยานยนต์ไฟฟ้า (EV) ข ง ประเทศไทย ให้สามารถใช้้งานได้้อย่่างมั� นใจ มีความปั ย จากการใช้้งานแบตเตอรี่� ท่� ติดตั้� งในรถยนต์ดัังกล่่าว น กจากนี� ยังช่่วย มิ ษทาง ากาศ รวมถึงั ญหาฝุ่� นควันจากยานยนต์ การคมนาคม แ ะการขนส่ง ซึ่่� งเป็นไปตามวัตถุประสงค์ ตามภารกิจหลัักข ง สม . ท่� ต้ งการปกป้ งดููแ แ ะป้ งกัน ความเสียหายหรืั นตรายท่� เกิ แก่ประ า น กิจการอุุตสาหกรรม แ ะเศรษฐกิจข งประเทศไทย ตามเจตนารมณ์ข งกฎหมาย ระราชบััญญัติมาตรฐานผลิิตภัณฑ์์อุุตสาหกรรม .ศ. 2511 แ ะท่� แก้ไขเพิ่่� มเติม one enforcing the automotive to comply to EURO 4 which has been in force for over 10 years. The regulation has gone through the complete process and promulgated in the Government Gazette for the public, entrepreneurs, and other relevant business owners to prepare for the enforcement of the regulations. This new regulation elevates the requirements for pollution emission which is one of the causes of PM 2.5 in Thailand, while also drives the development of Thai Automotive Sector to be more capable and in conformity with international standards, becoming the leader among ASEAN country in such aspect. Moreover, in 2024, TISI has also promulgated the Ministerial regulation prescribing the rechargeable energy storage system (except lead type) for M, N, and L type automotive (passenger cars, trucks, and motorcycles) to comply with the standards to support the electric vehicle development policy by building more confidence in battery safety, while also reducing emission and pollution from vehicles, transportation, and logistics, true to TISI’s mission to ensure the safety of the Thai public, industries, and economy, as in the objective of the Industrial Product Standards Act, B.E. 2511 (1968) and its amendments.
