รายงานประจ ำ �ปี 2567 ำี | ส ำ �นักงานมาตรฐานผลิตภัณฑ์อุตสาหกรรม ำ �ั ก ิั์ุ 32 รวมทั� งสิ� น 179 มาตรฐาน เช่่น มาตรฐานด้้านสมรรถนะ แ ะความปั ยข งยานยนต์ไฟฟ้า มาตรฐานท่� เก่� ยวข้ ง กับเต้าเสียบ-เต้ารับแ ะระบบอัั ประจุข งยานยนต์ไฟฟ้า มาตรฐานข งชิ้� นส่วน-สายไฟฟ้าแ ะแบตเตอรี่� แ ะมาตรฐาน ระบบอััจฉริยะท่� ใช้้ในยานยนต์ไฟฟ้า น กจากการจั ทำ มาตรฐานข้างต้นแล้้ว สม . ยังมีนโยบายท่� จะบังคับให้ ผลิิตภัณฑ์์แบตเตอรี่� สำหรับยานยนต์ไฟฟ้า (ยกเว้นแบตเตอรี่� ตะกั� วกร ) ต้ งเป็นไปตามมาตรฐาน เพื่่� อคุ้้มคร งผู้บริโภค ให้มีความปั ยด้้วย การกำหน มาตรฐานยานยนต์ไฟฟ้า เป็นกระบวนการ ท่� มีห ายขั� นต น ซึ่่� ง สม . ได้้ ำเนินการอย่่างเป็นระบบ แ ะร บค บ เพื่่� ให้มั� นใจว่ามาตรฐานท่� กำหนดมีีคุณภา แ ะ เป็นไปตามข้ กำหน สาก โ ยมีราย ะเอีีย การ ำเนินการ เช่่น การจัดตั้� งคณะกรรมการวิ าการท่� ประก บด้้วยผู้เชี่� ยว าญ ผู้ใช้้ แ ะผู้ผลิิต เพื่่� ทำหน้าท่�ิ จารณาข้ กำหน มาตรฐานให้มี ความสมบูรณ์แ ะเหมาะสมกับการใช้้งานในประเทศ รวมถึง มีผ การศึกษาแ ะวิจัยจากห้ งปฏิิบัติการท ส บแ ะ การท งภาคสนาม มีการเผยแ่ แ ะรับฟังความคิ เห็น ต่อร่่างมาตรฐานจากผู้้� ม่วนได้้ส่วนเสีย เพื่่� ให้มั� นใจว่ามาตรฐาน ท่� กำหน สามารถต บสน งความต้ งการแ ะข้อกัังว ข งทุกฝ่่ายได้้อย่่างคร บคลุุม เมื� อผ่่านการตรวจส บแ ะ อนุุมัติจากคณะกรรมการมาตรฐานผลิิตภัณฑ์์อุุตสาหกรรมแล้้ว สม . จะเผยแ่ มาตรฐานผ่านทางเว็บไ์ แ ะช่่ งทางอื่� น ๆ เพื่่� ให้ผู้ผลิิตแ ะผู้บริโภคสามารถเข้าถึงได้้ง่าย แ ะนำไปใช้้งาน ในการผลิิตแ ะใช้้งานยานยนต์ไฟฟ้า การกำหน มาตรฐานยานยนต์ไฟฟ้า นับเป็นก้าว สำคัญในการั ฒนาอุุตสาหกรรมยานยนต์ท่� ยั� งยืน รวมถึงช่่วย แก้ไขปัญหาฝุ่� น PM 2.5 มาตรฐานท่�ั ฒนาขึ� นจะช่่วยรับประกัน ความปั ยแ ะประสิทธิิภา ข งยานยนต์ไฟฟ้า แ ะส่งเสริม การใช้้เทคโนโลยีีท่� ทันสมัยแ ะเป็นมิตรกับสิ� งแว้ ม TISI has developed 179 standards related to electric vehicle such as standards on electric vehicle performance and safety, connectors and charging system, parts – cables and batteries, and smart systems. TISI also have planned for electric vehicle batteries (except lead acid battery) to be included as controlled goods, required to be in conformity with the standards, in order to ensure consumer safety The development of electric vehicle standards is an extensive process which TISI has systematically and cautiously operated to ensure the quality and conformity with the international regulations of the standards. The detailed operation includes the establishment of the technical committee consisting of experts, users, and manufacturers, to refine the regulations to be comprehensive and appropriate for use within the country. Academic study and research from laboratory and field test and public hearing of the draft standards are also required, to ensure that the developed standards are able to response to all the needs and concerns. After the approval from the industrial product standards council, TISI publishes the standard through website and other channels, granting easy access to the manufacturers and consumers. The development of electric vehicle standards is considered an important step towards the development of sustainable automotive industry, as well as the solution to the PM 2.5 particle issue. The developed standards would ensure the safety and efficiency of electric vehicles and promote the use of modern and eco-friendly technology.
