รายงานประจ ำ �ปี 2567 ำี | ส ำ �นักงานมาตรฐานผลิตภัณฑ์อุตสาหกรรม ำ �ั ก ิั์ุ 150 สมอ. จัดสััมม าเตรียม วามพร้้อมผู้้� ประกอ การขอรั ใ อนุุญาต มอก. ภา ะและเครื่� องใช้้เหล็กกล้าไร้สนิิมสำ �หรั อาหาร และเครื่� องใช้้ไฟฟ้าทำำ �ให้ของเหลวร้อ TISI Held a Seminar on Entrepreneur Preparation for Applying for a TIS Licence for Stainless-Steel Containers and Utensils for Food, and Electrical Appliances for Heating Liquid เมื� อวัันท่� 12 มิถุนายน 2567 นายวันชัย นมชัย เ าธิิ าร สม . ม บหมายให้ นายวีร งษ์ เอี่� ยมเจริญชัย ร งเ าธิิ าร สม . เป็นประ านเปิ การสัมมนา เรื� ง การเตรียมความพร้้ มผู้ประก บการขอรัับใบอนุุญาตมาตรฐาน ผลิิตภัณฑ์์อุุตสาหกรรม (ม ก.) ภา นะแ ะเครื� งใช้้เหล็็กกล้้า ไร้สนิมสำหรับ าหาร เฉ าะด้้านความปั ย แ ะเครื� งใช้้ ไฟฟ้าทำให้ข งเห วร้ น เพื่่� ให้ความรู้ความเข้าใจเก่� ยวกับ ข้ กำหน ในมาตรฐานแ ะข้ กฎหมายท่� เก่� ยวข้ ง ต จน เตรียมความ้ มในการยื� นขอรัับใบอนุุญาตตามมาตรฐาน ดัังกล่่าวได้้อย่่างถูกต้ ง รว เร็วแ ะมีประสิทธิิภา สำหรับ ภา นะแ ะเครื� งใช้้เหล็็กกล้้าไร้สนิมสำหรับ าหาร คร บคลุุม ผลิิตภัณฑ์์ 7 รายการ ได้้แก่ หม้ กระทะ ตะหลิิว ช้้ น ส้ ม ถา หลุุมใส่ าหาร แ ะปิ� นโต แ ะเครื� งใช้้ไฟฟ้าทำให้ข งเห ว ร้ น คร บคลุุมผลิิตภัณฑ์์ 3 รายการ ได้้แก่ กาต้มน้ำไฟฟ้า กระติกน้ำร้ นไฟฟ้า แ ะเครื� งใช้้ไฟฟ้าอื่� นสำหรับต้มน้ำ ท่� มี ความจุไม่เกิน 10 ลิิตร หม้อหุุงข้าวไฟฟ้า แ ะหม้อต้้มไฟฟ้า ทั� งนี� หากมาตรฐานมีผลบัังคับใช้้ผู้ประก บการทุกรายทั� งทำ แ ะนำเข้า จะต้ งปฏิิบัติตามมาตรฐาน หากฝ่่าฝืืนจะมีโทษตามกฎหมาย โ ยมีีผู ประก บการท่� ได้้รับผ กระทบจากการบังคับใช้้มาตรฐาน ดัังกล่่าว เข้าร่วมการสัมมนากว่า 400 คน ณ โรงแรม เ ะ เบอร์์เคลีีย์ กรุงเท ฯ On 12 June 2024 Mr. Wanchai Phanomchai, Secretary-General of TISI , appointed Mr. Weeraphong Iamjoroenchai, Deputy Secretary-General of TISI , to preside over the opening ceremony of the seminar on entrepreneur preparation for applying for a TIS licence for stainless-steel containers and utensils for food: safety requirements, and electrical appliances for heating liquid, as well as the instructions for the proper, fast, and efficient submission of documents for application. Stainless-steel containers and utensils for food includes 7 items: pots, pans, spatulas, spoons, forks, segmented food tray, and tiffin carriers. Electrical appliances for heating liquid include 3 items: electric kettles, electric thermos pots, and other appliances with capacity not over 10 liters, electric rice cookers, and electric coiling pots. Once enforced, entrepreneurs manufacturing or importing are required to comply with the standards, and would be punishable by law in case of violation. 400 relevant entrepreneurs participated in the seminar at the Berkeley Hotel, Bangkok.
