On 13 October 2023, Mr. Wanchai Phanomchai, Deputy Permanent Decretary, Ministry of Industry, Acting Secretary-General of TISI , appointed Mr. Chawengsak Khamta, Director, Surveillance Division 2 , and TISI officials to represent the Ministry of Industry in offering the ceremonial garland to pay respect to the monument of the Late King Bhumibol Adulyadej, on the occasion of the Late King’s Passing on 13 October 2023, at the King Rama IX Memorial Park.
